Hurst Green questions
Do I need to be based in Hurst Green to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Hurst Green deliveries go by tracked courier to BB7.
Who checks supplement labels in Lancashire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lancashire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Hurst Green, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
When will my labels arrive in Hurst Green?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Hurst Green orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
