Joyden's Wood questions
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Joyden's Wood address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Joyden's Wood?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Joyden's Wood orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Joyden's Wood?
Joyden's Wood is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
