Common questions in Little Houghton
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
When will my labels arrive in Little Houghton?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Little Houghton orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Northamptonshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Little Houghton address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
