Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Marehill
Products you sell from Marehill must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In West Sussex, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
