Questions from Mountain Ash brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Rhondda Cynon Taff?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Rhondda Cynon Taff, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do you only work with Mountain Ash businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Mountain Ash orders go out by tracked courier to CF45.
