Na Gearrannan questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Na Gearrannan, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Na Gearrannan?
Na Gearrannan is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
When will my labels arrive in Na Gearrannan?
Usually two working days after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Na Gearrannan orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
