Questions from New Byth brands
How long does delivery to New Byth take?
Usually two working days after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most New Byth orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in New Byth, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in New Byth to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. New Byth deliveries go out by tracked delivery to AB53.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Aberdeenshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Aberdeenshire, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from New Byth
Supplements sold from New Byth must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, overseen by Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
