Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Old Dalby orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Old Dalby, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in Old Dalby to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Old Dalby orders go by tracked courier to LE14.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
