Common questions in Padworth
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Padworth address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you only work with Padworth businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Padworth deliveries go out by tracked courier to RG7.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
When will my labels arrive in Padworth?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Padworth orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.

The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
