Questions from Pontshill Marsh brands
When will my labels arrive in Pontshill Marsh?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Pontshill Marsh orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Who enforces food labelling in Herefordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Herefordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Pontshill Marsh, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
