Questions from Riseley brands
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.

No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Riseley orders go out by tracked courier to RG7.
How long does delivery to Riseley take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Riseley orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Riseley?
Riseley is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.

Labelling law for supplements from Riseley
Any food supplement sold from Riseley must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
