FAQs for Rookhope
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
When will my labels arrive in Rookhope?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Rookhope orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Rookhope, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
