Questions from Rossett brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Rossett to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Rossett deliveries go by tracked delivery to LL12.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Rossett address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.

Label rules that apply in Rossett
Any food supplement sold from Rossett must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wrexham.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
