Questions from St Ishmael's brands
How long does delivery to St Ishmael's take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most St Ishmael's orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in Pembrokeshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Pembrokeshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your St Ishmael's address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
