Questions from Stewkley brands
Do I need to be based in Stewkley to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Stewkley deliveries go out by tracked courier to LU7.
Who enforces food labelling in Central Bedfordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Central Bedfordshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
