Questions from Stoneyford brands
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Who enforces food labelling in Nottinghamshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottinghamshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Stoneyford to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Stoneyford deliveries go out by tracked courier to NG16.
When will my labels arrive in Stoneyford?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Stoneyford orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Stoneyford
Supplements sold from Stoneyford must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
