Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Veryan
Products you sell from Veryan must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Cornwall, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Cornwall.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
