FAQs for West Ella
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in West Ella to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. West Ella deliveries go out by tracked courier to HU10.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
How long does delivery to West Ella take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of West Ella orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
