Common questions in Whalley Banks
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Whalley Banks address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
When will my labels arrive in Whalley Banks?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Whalley Banks orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do I need to be based in Whalley Banks to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Whalley Banks orders go by tracked delivery to BB7.
