Common questions in Whiteface
How long does delivery to Whiteface take?
Usually two working days after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Whiteface orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Whiteface?
Whiteface is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Who enforces food labelling in Highland?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Highland, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
