FAQs for Alfrick
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
When will my labels arrive in Alfrick?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Alfrick orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Worcestershire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Worcestershire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Alfrick?
Alfrick is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
