Callow questions
When will my labels arrive in Callow?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Callow orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Callow businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Callow orders go out by tracked courier to DE6.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
