FAQs for Old Craighall
When will my labels arrive in Old Craighall?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Old Craighall orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do I need to be based in Old Craighall to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Old Craighall orders go by tracked courier to EH21.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Old Craighall address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
