Questions from Princelett brands
Who checks supplement labels in Isle of Wight?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Isle of Wight, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long does delivery to Princelett take?
Usually two working days after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Princelett orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you only work with Princelett businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Princelett orders go by tracked delivery to PO36.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Princelett address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
