Common questions in Scouthead
Who checks supplement labels in Oldham?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Oldham, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to Scouthead take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Scouthead orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Scouthead, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
