Common questions in South Mimms
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to South Mimms take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of South Mimms orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in South Mimms, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from South Mimms?
South Mimms is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
