Questions from St Erth brands
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do I need to be based in St Erth to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. St Erth orders go out by tracked courier to TR27.
Who checks supplement labels in Cornwall?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your St Erth address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
