Stramshall questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Stramshall?
Stramshall is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
How long does delivery to Stramshall take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Stramshall orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Stramshall address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
