FAQs for Uttoxeter
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do I need to be based in Uttoxeter to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Uttoxeter orders go by tracked delivery to ST14.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Uttoxeter?
Uttoxeter is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Uttoxeter, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
