Questions from West Pentire brands
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in West Pentire, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in Cornwall?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
When will my labels arrive in West Pentire?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most West Pentire orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
