Questions from East Ness brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in East Ness, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in East Ness?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of East Ness orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in East Ness to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. East Ness deliveries go by tracked courier to YO62.
